A clean result from last year should not describe today’s stock

A report documents the submitted sample at a point in time. It does not roll forward to every later batch just because the vendor name stayed the same.

Freshness should be visible beside the result, not buried in a methodology page. I would rather see an old result labeled clearly than see it disappear, because history still matters. It just should not be mistaken for current coverage.
