Start with the vendor’s current wording and the date you observed it. Then look for a batch-level report library, matching lot numbers, named laboratories, verification links, test dates, and gaps between products being sold and products represented in the library.
An incomplete public library does not prove that testing never happened. It does mean the public claim is harder to check. What records would you require before treating “every batch” as a documented statement?
